At SCARPA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel doesn't fit perfectly, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag or box.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
